There were ideal staff and amenities. Lovely central hotel set in the safe area. Friendly reception. Chilled-out base for exploring Toledo.

All in all an absolutely charming hotel and pleasant stay. The staff were helpful, the room was bright, the location was perfect! Breakfast menu was light. I got free upgrade and liked it. The bus stop was 10 minutes' walk away.
